Kevin Patroni handles both criminal and civil litigation. Prior to joining our office in 2007, Kevin worked for both the Roger Williams University School of Law Defense Clinic and the Rhode Island Department of Attorney General. While at the Defense Clinic, Kevin was responsible for representing clients charged with a variety of misdemeanors, and received experience disposing of cases at every level, from plea to trial. As a Rule 9 intern with the Violations Unit of the Attorney General's Office, Kevin argued various motions and participated in violation hearings.
Kevin received his J.D. from Roger Williams University School of Law in 2007. During law school, he was President of Delta Theta Phi, a member of the Sports and Entertainment Law Society, and completed advanced courses in torts, business law, and trial practice. Kevin completed his undergraduate studies at Saint Edwards University in 2004, where he graduated magna cum laude and received a B.A. in Criminal Justice. He was also a member of the NCAA Div. II Men's Soccer Team.
Kevin is originally from Austin, Texas. He is licensed to practice law in Rhode Island, and is a member of the American Bar Association as well as the Rhode Island Bar Association.
